We proudly offer an extensive warranty: 2 years for residential work and 2 years for commercial work and repairs—among the best in the refinishing business.

Blistering, peeling, cracking, and fading caused by defects in the product or workmanship are covered under this warranty.

If the surface blisters, peels, cracks, or fades, notify Bath Tub Repair immediately. Retain your warranty to facilitate repairs. Bath Tub Repair will inspect the issue to determine if the damage is due to a defect in the product or workmanship. If notified within the warranty period and it is determined that the materials were used and maintained according to Bath Tub Repair’s recommendations and standard industry practices, we will repair the defects at our own expense.

Sharp or heavy objects may damage the surface, and harsh agents such as Comet, Ajax, or bleach may cause discoloration or damage. Damage from improper cleaning, excessive use, or leaky plumbing is expressly excluded from this warranty.
  • Other Warranties Excluded and No Other Warranties Made

 Care Recommendations:

Following the Care and Maintenance Instructions provided on the day your work was completed will help ensure your refinished fixtures remain beautiful and new for many years. We recommend cleaning your refinished fixture at least once a week.

Use only non-abrasive cleaners such as Scrubbing Bubbles (Original – Without Bleach), Lysol Tub & Tile, Dawn Dish Soap, or other mild cleaners specifically stating “Approved For Acrylic Surfaces” on the label, and apply with a non-abrasive sponge.

DO:

– Fix any dripping faucets quickly to prevent rust stains or mineral deposits.

DO NOT:

– Leave bar soap or bottles standing on the surface for long periods. Use a rubber insert to protect the finish if your soap dish has been refinished.

– Use abrasive cleaners like Comet, Ajax, Bleach, Kaboom, acids, toilet bowl cleaners, or any product not designed for acrylic bathroom fixture cleaning.

– Use Brillo pads, scrubbing sponges, steel wool, sandpaper, or any gritty objects to clean the tub.

– Touch or use the fixtures within 24 hours after the refinishing process. We recommend waiting 48 hours if possible.

– Use tools, ladders, or any heavy objects in the tub.
